For our subject, SKBP 1023, Language and ICT, we are assigned to do a blog project. In this blog, we will discuss about the best web tools that can be used by our respondent regarding personal learning environment. Our task is to find out what are their major problems in learning English. We will suggest web tools that can be used by them to improve their language learning.
